Communicator

THIS PROGRAM HAS NOW BEEN WITHDRAWN AS DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED OWING TO THE INTRODUCTION OF RTI IN PAYROLL PROCESSING.

This program was written as an interface to HM Revenue & Customs. Various forms and returns can be sent via the internet removing the need to prepare and post paper versions. It will also automatically download the notifications to employers which are posted on the HMRC computer for collection. These can then be viewed at any time off line. It links to Win32Pay payroll program and uses the data prepared by that program to prepare returns, thus considerably reducing the work involved in entering the data manually.

The program's facilities include the preparation and submission of :-

• End-of-year return - P35 and P14s.
• End-of-year return - P38A.
• End-of-year return - P46Car.
• End-of-year return - P11D.
• End-of-year return - P9.
• In-year return - P45 for leaving employee.
• In-year return - P45 for new employee.
• In-year return - P46 for new employee.

All notifications which are presently available from HMRC can be downloaded. These include :-

• Tax code change notifications.
• Student Loan start notices.
• Student Loan stop notices.
• Annual reminders.
• Other notifications such as Incentive Payment advices.

The program can be downloaded and used free of charge, although you will need to be using the Win32Pay program.
