Win32Pay

THIS PROGRAM HAS NOW BEEN WITHDRAWN AS DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED OWING TO THE INTRODUCTION OF RTI IN PAYROLL PROCESSING.

This program was written originally to remove the chore of calculating salaries for GP Surgeries manually. Inevitably mistakes crept in and balancing the figures could be both time consuming and very frustrating. The year end balancing for tax returns could be even worse! The original program simply calculated the net pay, tax and National Insurance contributions, and summarised these at the end of the financial year.

The facility to calculate the NHS funding for pay,  employer's National Insurance and pension contributions was then added.

Additional facilities such as Sick Pay calculation and Tax Credits calculation etc. were added as the need for these arose.

At every stage, the easiest method of entering the required data was determined, and numerous checks and warnings were built in to ensure that this data was as accurate as possible.

The program's facilities now include:-

• Simple entry of monthly adjustments, maternity leave, sickness and other absences.
• Calculation of Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay, and Statutory Adoption Pay by entering the relative dates of absence.
• Calculation of adjustments to salary during Sick Leave, Maternity Leave etc., or other types of absence in accordance with the employer's sick/maternity etc. leave scheme.
• Calculation of Tax Credit payments.
• Calculation of Student Loan Repayments.
• Calculation of Pension contributions.
• Calculation of Salary Arrears resulting from increases in pay rates.
• Automatic deductions under Attachment of Earnings Orders.
• Entry of repeating salary and non-salary related additions or deductions.
• Various printouts, including payslips, monthly summaries, monthly NHS Pension Form to the Pension Agency, annual returns figures, funding amounts etc.
• Using the complementary program IRSubmit (which is supplied completely free of charge), the end-of-year returns can be submitted to HMRC via the internet, thus qualifying for HMRC incentive payments.

The program can be downloaded and used free of charge for 92 days to evaluate it. After that period it will require a Registration Key to continue to function. There is no set up fee and no further charges will be made for updates which will be provided from time to time to reflect any necessary changes.
