Unofficial School Accounts

This program keeps details of financial transactions which are not a part of the normal school accounts. Details of such items as fund raising activities, subscriptions for school trips, purchase and sale of uniforms etc. can be entered, and printouts produced showing the totals spent and received, for all or a selected item, and within a selected period.

The accounts should be reconciled with the bank balance and the cash held, on a monthly basis, and there is a comprehensive reconciliation facility built in, for those occasions when the figures do not agree.

At the end of a twelve month period, it is normally necessary to send a summary of the transactions to the local education authority, and the program will automatically produce this document.
